Turboflame warrants mechanical parts to be free from defects under normal use. Warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, tampering and abuse (eg; placing lighter tip on cigarette or other item). See FAQ's on lighter maintenance and instruction leaflet distributed with each lighter sold.
Warranty does not apply to outer finish of product. It is recommended to keep product in a protective case to avoid scratches from coins/keys etc.
Proof of purchase is required to effect service under this warranty.
Goods will be exchanged for like if an exact replacement cannot be made.

Proof of purchase must be included plus a note explaining nature of the problem. Shipping costs outside of the EU are not covered by this warranty. Within the EU countries, if no Turboflame dealer is available, Turboflame UK shall cover the cost of returning the goods to customers . Outside of the EU contact your local dealer.
